IRISH SODA BREAD
In large bowl mix ingredients in order.
- 2 - 3/4 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1 - 1/2 t. Baking Soda
- 2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 T. Agave Nectar or Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cranraisins, Dried Dates or Raisins
Place dough on parchment paper or foil & form a large flat circle (8-9" across).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Score into 8 pieces, like a pizza, with a knife.
Cool & store in a large zip lock bag.
